Charlotte Connor from CG Energy Corp. will present on how Developers and Owners can decarbonize new multi-unit residential and existing building stock.  She will cover the current BC Step Code, Green-house Gas Intensity requirements, technology, program offering and incentives available to Developers/Owners. 

We will discuss two new and emerging  technologies entering the marketplace:

1. Flood/Leak protection and monitoring through the construction and operation of the building, decreasing construction insurance premiums and risk
2. ZAMBA Technologies an HVAC system in a box with an integrated heat recovery ventilation and high quality filtration that can significantly decease embodied carbon, carbon emissions, energy consumption, design and construction costs
