Dr. Moore, Director of the Ecocity Centre at BCIT will present on the recently launched Centre, a legacy of the Ecocity World Summit held in 2019 in Vancouver and describe work the Centre is doing with ten BC municipalities to measure and manage their carbon and ecological footprints. In this presentation, you will learn about the key drivers for greenhouse gas emissions from a consumption-based perspective and how leading local governments are engaging their communities to take action to close their sustainability gap.
